At BabyPink, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated information, and how we handle such requests.
1. Scope of Data Deletion
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
Your account profile (name, email, phone number, address).
Your purchase history and stored order details.
Any saved preferences or communication history.
Exceptions:
We may retain certain data if required by law, for tax, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and associated data:
Send an email to kalam.khan65@gmail.com.
Use the subject line:
Account & Data Deletion Request – BabyPink
Include the following in your email:
Full name.
Registered mobile number or email address linked to your account.
A statement confirming your request for deletion of all associated data.
3. Processing Timeline
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
Your account and data will be deleted within 7 business days after verification.
You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
4. Irreversibility
Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered. If you wish to use BabyPink services again, you will need to create a new account.
